Frequently asked questions
What does IvreetMeet do?
It transcribes Hebrew audio and video and writes a summary from it: a transcript split by speaker with timestamps, plus key points, decisions and action items.
Which languages does it handle?
Hebrew, including the Hebrew-English mixture people actually speak at work. A recording entirely in another language is not what it is built for.
Which file formats and what size?
Audio and video up to 500MB: MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG/OPUS, FLAC, AMR, 3GP, WMA, AIFF, CAF, and video: MP4, MOV, WEBM, MKV, AVI.
How long does a transcript take?
Minutes for a normal meeting rather than hours. The transcript appears first and the summary follows; you can close the tab while it works.
What does the free plan include?
7 meetings and 120 minutes per organization per calendar month, with the full feature set — and up to 60 seconds with no account at all.
What does the paid plan cost?
Pro is ₪99 per month, and it can be cancelled at any time.
Does a bot join my meetings?
No. You record where you already meet and upload the file. There is an optional bot for people who want one, but it is not how the product normally works.
How accurate is it?
Mostly it depends on your recording — microphone distance, echo, people speaking at once. Whatever tool you use, check names, numbers and dates before you rely on them.
How does speaker separation work?
Inside a meeting it is automatic: the system marks where the voice changes and you name each speaker once. Recognising the same person in later meetings uses a voiceprint — biometric data — so it is off by default and only applies to speakers whose consent was recorded.
Are my recordings used to train models?
No. Meetings of registered users are not used to train models, we do not sell personal data, and the audio itself never goes to a language-model provider — only the transcript text needed to write the summary does.
Who can see my meetings?
Members of your organization. Outside it, only a share link you create — and a public preview link serves only the first 20% of the transcript, server-side.
Can I export the result?
Yes: PDF, Word and PowerPoint through the export studio, plus share links.
How do I delete my data?
A meeting, a speaker or the entire account can be deleted at any time from the product, and deletion removes the stored files with it.
Is there an API?
Yes — a REST API with a personal key, and an MCP server that connects your meetings to AI assistants. See API and MCP.
Is it legal to record a meeting?
In Israel you may record a conversation you are a party to; recording one you are not part of, without consent, is a criminal offence. Say at the start of a work meeting that it is being recorded, transcribed and summarized, and delete everything if a participant withdraws consent.
