Hebrew meeting transcription and minutes

Hebrew meeting transcript with speakers, decisions and action items

Upload the recording of a Hebrew meeting — from Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, a phone or the browser — and get back a full transcript split by speaker and a set of minutes written from it: key points, decisions, and action items with owners. Nothing joins your call, the free plan covers 7 meetings a month, and cross-meeting voice recognition stays off unless your organization turns it on with consent.

From recording to minutes

  1. 1Record the meeting. The platform recording is best: it captures each participant from their own microphone. Say at the start that the meeting is recorded and transcribed.
  2. 2Upload it with context. Up to 500MB. Add the participants and the purpose so the summary knows what matters.
  3. 3Name the speakers once. The names then run through the whole transcript and into the minutes.
  4. 4Read the minutes, fix, send. Check names, numbers and dates, then export to PDF or Word or share a link.

Meetings in Hebrew are the hard case

People interrupt, talk at once, and switch to English mid-sentence; customer and product names appear in no dictionary. A general speech model trained mostly on English handles clean dictation and struggles precisely here, and the failure shows up as whole passages attributed to the wrong person. That is why the model is trained on spoken Hebrew and why speaker separation is part of the system rather than an add-on.

For teams

  • Shared organization account. Everyone sees the organization's meetings and its saved speakers.
  • No training on your meetings, and no selling of personal data. The audio never reaches a language-model provider; only the transcript text for the summary does.
  • Deletion at any time — a meeting, a speaker, or the whole account.
  • Per-speaker communication scores are a separate switch at organization level, and come with a warning: that is sensitive material and must not be used for decisions about employees.

Before you record

Israeli law permits recording a conversation you are part of and forbids recording one you are not part of without consent. Say at the start of a work meeting that it is being recorded, transcribed and summarized with AI, and delete the recording and its outputs if a participant withdraws consent.

Frequently asked questions

Does a bot join the meeting?

No. Record in Zoom, Meet, Teams, on a phone or in the browser, then upload the file. There is also an optional bot that can join a call if you want one, but the normal path is the recording.

What is in the automatic minutes?

Key points in the order they were discussed, the decisions taken, and the action items with owners and dates — written from the full transcript rather than from anyone\'s memory.

How does it know who spoke?

Separation inside the meeting is automatic and you name each speaker once. Recognising the same person in a later meeting uses a voiceprint, which is biometric data: off by default, on only for speakers whose consent was recorded, deleted after 30 days without consent.

Can several people share the meetings?

Yes. Meetings belong to the organization account, so every member sees them and the free allowance is shared.

Can I change what the summary emphasises?

Yes. Attach instructions when you upload — who is in the room, what the meeting is for — or ask for the summary again afterwards with a different emphasis.
